Get the installer or portable ZIP
Open the MSI and click Install. For the ZIP, extract the entire folder and keep it where you want.

Open NeonCursor
Use the Start menu after installation, or NeonCursor.exe in the portable folder. Choose a size or import an image.

Apply your changes
Click 적용 (Apply). Use 원래대로 복구 (Restore) to return to your previous setup.
Before you download
Does it work in games?
It applies to screens that use Windows system cursors. Games and apps that draw their own pointers may look unchanged.
Which images can I use?
PNG, CUR and ANI files up to 8 MB are supported. PNG dimensions must be 4096 × 4096 or smaller. Choose a cursor role to edit. Transparent PNGs work best; set the click position in the preview.
Can I move or delete the folder?
For portable, select Restore before moving or deleting the folder. Settings and backups are in its Data folder. The installer keeps settings separately in your user folder and can be removed through Windows Settings > Apps. Restore before removal is recommended.
What if “Windows protected your PC” appears?
Confirm the NeonCursor file came from this official website, then choose “More info” and “Run anyway”. These steps do not apply if there is no run option or if a virus detection is reported.
What happens after a restart?
Yes. Keep after Windows restart is on by default. Your last applied size and images are applied automatically after sign-in. Turn it off to keep today’s cursor but use your original settings at the next sign-in. Keep the portable folder in the same location.
How do I install a new version?
The app checks for updates when opened. When a newer build is available, the 업데이트 (Update) button is enabled. Click it to download and verify the files; the app briefly closes and reopens. Both MSI and portable ZIP updates preserve settings, custom images and restore backups. Users of the original 1.0.0 release need to download this update from the website once.
